Hola <a title=\"How would have Cousin Jimmy have answered when asked?\" href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/chefluisteen\" target=\"_blank\">Chef Luisteen<\/a>!!<\/p>\n<p>We attended a summer fiesta in <a href=\"http:\/\/thesantaluzclub.com\" target=\"_blank\">Santa Luz<\/a> with the very continental, French Biddyman (an affectionate nickname and another story) where we were served the most exquisite meal.<\/p>\n<p>This taco was so amazingly fresh, sophisticated, and so beautiful&#8212;How would have eloquent and wordsmith Cousin Jimmy \u00a0have answered regarding the meal?<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYummy and delicious!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Exotic ingredients included;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>prickly pear cactus (nopales)<\/li>\n<li>sweet cranberry confit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All the ubiquitous Mexican fixings were offered such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>avocado<\/li>\n<li>cilantro<\/li>\n<li>radishes<\/li>\n<li>cucumber<\/li>\n<li>red onion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Handcrafted tomatillo, chipotle, picante and lime salsas. All minced or sliced for easy eating and heating. The toppings were served on a very user-friendly, cereal bowl-sized handcrafted corn tortilla by Auntie and cooked in rapid speed by her nephew, Chef Luisteen. Chef Luisteen is from <a href=\"http:\/\/eatpuesto.com\" target=\"_blank\">Puesto<\/a> which is a family affair: there is a street food truck and two locations, downtown and La Jolla.<\/p>\n<p>The grill was from Europa and was designed for crepes (a little French slipped in there). The cheese was the first to be heated (looked like a scrambled egg with guest selected toppings added to the cheese). There was steak and chicken for the less adventurous.
